Welcome to Janjala! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of janjala.com and any related services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.
To place orders, you’ll create an account with accurate information. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and all activity under your account.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, pricing error).
Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order. That email marks the formation of a binding contract.
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and exclude taxes, duties, or special fees unless specified.
We accept payment via Paystack (cards, bank transfers, USSD), mobile money (MTN, Airtel, Glo) and Cash on Delivery (in major metros).
All payments are processed securely. You authorize us (or our payment partners) to charge the full amount of your order plus any applicable fees.
We ship across all 36 Nigerian states and FCT; international shipping on select items.
Estimated delivery times: Lagos (1–2 business days), other states (2–4 business days), international (7–14 business days).
Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier. Title transfers upon full payment.
Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@janjala.com.
Returns: Most items may be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Defective or damaged items are eligible for full refund or replacement.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
All content on Janjala — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is our property or licensed to us.
You may view and download material for personal use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification) requires our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
Post or transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited promotions.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
No Warranty: Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Janjala and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Janjala, its officers, directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. We’ll post revisions here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance.
