Free shipping: On orders over ₦25,000 within Nigeria

International rates: Calculated at checkout

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within Lagos: 1–2 business days

Other Nigerian states: 2–4 business days

International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to My Account → My Orders on janjala.com to view real‑time status.

What’s your return & refund policy?

30‑day, no‑questions‑asked returns on most items (unused and in original packaging)

Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund
